Open a Spartan Wholesale trade account
A trade account gives approved UK businesses access to Pokémon TCG trade pricing and ordering. Online applications are coming soon — this page explains exactly how they will work.
Who can apply
Any genuine UK business selling Pokémon products. You do not need a physical shop or a limited company — sole traders are welcome.
Physical shops
Card shops, game stores and hobby retailers.
Online retailers
Shopify, WooCommerce and independent web stores.
Marketplace sellers
eBay, Amazon and other marketplace businesses.
Live sellers
TikTok Live, Whatnot and rip-and-ship sellers.
How review works

Apply
Tell us your business name, contact details, where you sell and which products interest you.

Review
We check the business evidence you provide. If something is unclear we'll ask rather than reject.

Approval
Approved accounts receive secure login details for the trade portal.

Trade
Trade prices and ordering become visible in your account.
What to have ready
- Business or trading name
- Contact name, email and phone
- Where you sell — shop address, website or platform profile
- Company number or sole-trader details
- VAT number, if registered (optional)
- The products and languages you're interested in
An application is not an approval or credit agreement. Minimum order, payment and delivery terms will be published here before ordering opens.
